Premier PC-800 a 90’s point’n’shoot
Recently saved a Premier PC-800 Point and shot and although I wasn’t in the best shape, a lot of dirt and grime, it is working.
It’s a very simple camera with a flash and option to set the ISO as you want. The process of rolling the film back to the canister is a bit loud and it sounds like something is not working properly but the job has been done.
While testing with Fomapan film it seems that due the film production process the end of the film got stuck and it had to be removed , but still, more than 20 out of 36 photos are very decent and in focus.
It was a very nice experience especially because I didn’t know how more pictures I have left after every shot and the uncertainty of not knowing if the camera works was also nice.
